FAQ

How does it work?

We have pre-curated packages to make ordering flowers easy. You can select one of these packages and the appropriate size for your wedding and submit an order either through checking out on our website or by contacting us. It is normal to make modifications to our packages or have a completely custom package priced out. If you would like a custom package, contact us.

Flowers arrive 2-4 days before the wedding day, but orders are placed 1-6 months in advance. When the flowers arrive, they will be in semi-bud form (somewhat closed) and will need to open up and be arranged.

How do I keep my flowers fresh?

We work with the world's best flower suppliers. We are one of the only wedding flower shippers that insulates our packaging and include hydration packages at the bottom of our stems. These methods ensure that the flowers look beautiful way beyond your wedding date. When you receive your package, you should cut the stems at a 45 degree angle and fully submerge the bases in water.

When should I order for my wedding?

We need at least 2 weeks to process an order, but we find that most brides prefer to lock in their order 1-6 months in advance. Order your flowers ahead of time and check it off your to-do list!

How soon before my wedding should I have my flowers delivered?

2-4 days before your wedding is best. For example, if your wedding falls on a Saturday, it is ideal for you to receive your flowers Wednesday or Thursday. This will give you plenty of time to arrange and for the flowers to fully open.

What else do I need other than the flowers?

We recommend the following:

  • Vases
  • Buckets
  • Green Floral Tape
  • Scissors/Shears
  • Ribbon or Twine
  • Pins

We have a DIY flower kit available which includes all these items except vases and buckets that you can add to the order.

You can also consider using floral foam to make specialty arrangements like a tear-drop bouquet or a floral arch.

How will my flowers arrive?

These are fresh flowers. They will arrive in a big box and will need to be trimmed and stored in water immediately upon arrival. It is best to let them hydrate before beginning the arrangement process.

For roses:

  • Packaged bunches of 25 stems each
  • The stems are 16" - 18" long
  • 1 rose(s) per stem
  • Guard petals: 3 - 4 discolored outer petals protect the inner petals and should be removed
  • Diameter when bloomed: 2.6" - 3.8"
  • Time to bloom: 12 - 24 Hours
  • Stage on arrival: fresh closed bud

What do I need other than the flowers?

You will need shears or scissors, a rose de-thorner, rubber bands or floral tape, ribbon or twine, pins, and vases. We offer DIY kits for an additional $35.

You will need to source vases for your centerpieces and buckets for flower storage. We recommend 5-10 large buckets (5 GAL). Vases in our catalog are 6" glass bubble vases.

Can you guys do custom packages?

Yes! We are happy to customize a package so it is perfect for your big day. Contact us to schedule a consultation. We have a large variety of flowers and can work with inspirational photos or make flower suggestions.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

Shipping is always free! We ship to all 50 US States, including Hawaii and Alaska

Can I do this (I have little to no flower experience)?

Yes! Watch a few tutorials online and you will be an expert before you know it. For extra help, get some friends and family together and have some fun. You will become fond of the arrangement you make yourself. We can also send you a detailed breakdown of how to take care of each flower type and how to make each arrangement. Please do not hesitate to ask.

What if the flowers arrive in poor condition?

Since our flowers are shipped direct overnight, this is very rare. In the uncommon case that the flowers do not perk up after some time in water, a partial refund will be issued for the unusable stems. Just provide a photo of the flowers and send them to us immediately.

What if my flower shipment is late?

Delays though rare can happen, up to one day. However we insulate the flowers and include ice packs during the warmer seasons to ensure they still arrive in great condition. Once flowers arrive if you feel they were damaged due to the additional time in transit please send us photos right away.
